Ever think we would have a “beach bunker” in New Mexico? Well we have one now. Across the lake into a well guarded green is a front bunker that moves around the right side. Lake water can, and will, lap up into the bunker. But the bunker also keeps a ball from hitting the side of the green and jumping into the water. Phelps is looking out for our interest. Don’t be short because of the water but don’t be long either. The green sits up pretty high and a ball too long will bound down 20 or more yards over the back.
